Now Hiring – Analytics Consultant

Job Purpose 

The Analytics Consultant will apply data and technology to business needs, creating and maintaining valuable solutions for our customers. This person will work directly with businesses and with colleagues to deliver the right solutions.  

This is a Full-Time Employee position for an Oklahoma-based company that can be completed in a Fully Remote capacity, though due to client and company needs it is open only to current US Citizens as sponsorship will not be offered.  

The intended annual salary range for this position should be expected to fall between $60,000 and $110,000, depending upon experience and aptitude. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Listen carefully to needs and issues expressed by clients regarding data and technology. 
  • Design analytics and data visualization solutions for business clients. 
  • Accurately estimate their hours required to develop solutions. 
  • Develop analytics and data visualization solutions. 
  • Build new solutions and maintain existing solutions for clients. 
  • Rapidly adapt to clients’ changing needs. 
  • Communicate with team and client to address client needs, proposed solutions, progress on implementations, and issues. 
  • Apply problem solving and technical skillset to address clients underlying needs in a value-creating and cost-effective way. 
  • Verify the quality of work with automated testing and logical reasoning. 
  • Additional related tasks may be assigned, as needs arise.

  • Be available and productive for 40 hours per week, within set timeframes. 
  • Work remotely with reliable, wired internet connection. 
  • Follow through on verbal and written commitments. 

Preferred Education Level 

  • Formalized education or self-taught expertise in Data Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, Programming, or related field.  
  • Degree is not required, however commensurate experience in any key discipline is expected. 

Preferred Experience Level 

  • 3-5 years’ hands-on experience directly applying technology listed below and utilizing data to solve business problems.

  • Other Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc. 
  • T-SQL 
  • Microsoft SQL Server 
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 
  • Python 
  • Microsoft Azure
    •  Fabric, Storage, Logic apps, Functions, and Data Lake 
  • Power Automate 
  • Power Apps 
  • Other databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DB2, etc. 
  • Microsoft Teams 
  • Databricks or Hadoop 
  • Azure Synapse
